Based in San Francisco, Lenny Hanson has lived and worked in the US, Europe, Asia and North Africa. Her work as a photojournalist and a cultural anthropologist has led her to translate her visions of the world through photography and painting. Her photos capture everyday moments that stir the imagination, invite reverie, and provoke reflection. She studied art at Hamline University and L'Ecole des Beaux Arts de Champigny in France.
